David Eastburn Probably Found

Okay, okay. I yield. Sorry I've been slack on tracking David down. I found in my email archives an email from him on June 20th 2005.

dceastburn@yahoo.com

I've emailed him at that acct and gave him the link to our blog. I'll let you know if he replies, assuming he still uses that acct.

update and link to blog

Hi, all, this is Elizabeth. I'll try to do my "quick" update although I tend to go on and on via email. In college, I got into museums (for some unknown reason) and moved home to KC, working at Missouri Town 1855 (yes, I wore the costume, churned butter, etc. You may commence with the fun-making now.) During that time I also broke it off with my college sweetheart and started dating a guy here in town. Unwisely, when he got a job transfer to Atlanta, I moved down there with him.

That all ended in a huge hairy mess, but I did get a great career op. out of it at the Smith Plantation Home in Roswell, GA. I liked Atlanta okay, but I knew I wanted to move home to KC. It took me a couple of years to make my way back here because I'm stubborn as hell, and I wanted to do everything on my own terms.

I got back here in March of '04, and lived with my parents:) I got a job at the American Jazz Museum and met a guy I like a lot. I'm still doing my music thing, and I volunteer some, when I can. I also got a house in KC, KS right near Westport, so the Home Depot type stuff takes up a lot of my time, too. No pets or kids, yet, but Ian and I will be married in May so we're hoping to get started with a family while I'm in grad school. . .I'll be going to KU and therefore no longer with the Jazz Museum.

That was pretty long so I'll shut up. I will mention that I don't link my various blogs on my profile on blogger.com, because I don't want relatives logging onto my wedding blog finding my personal blog:) But you all can check it out if you want: www.ebeth0000.blogspot.com

It's so cool hearing from everyone--I hope I can see some of you this summer.
